We’re surrounded by the water, take a trip to one of our many beaches. Just to name a few, Scarborough State beach, Roger Wheeler State beach, and Narragansett Town beach are conveniently located by our office.

Narragansett Town Life

  • The Towers/Seawall

Walk along the Narragansett sea wall and enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets. The Towers, located along the seawall, are considered a historic landmark and the only remnants of the Narragansett Pier Casino built in the 1880’s, Now, they host live dancing, dance lessons, and dinner theaters.

  • Movies on the Beach

Every Wednesday starting at sundown in the summer, Narragansett Town beach holds a movie night on the beach. Set up your blankets and beach chairs, and bring refreshments for the family. For more information, check the Chamber of Commerce for dates and movies.

  • Public Library

What better way to start your vacation off than reading a book and sunbathing on the beach? Maury Loontjens Memorial Library is Narragansett’s very own.

  • Sunset Farm

Beautiful, historic Sunset Farms is situated on nearly 200 acres of preserved land off of Point Judith Road in Narragansett. The farm features an East Indian-style bungalow built in 1889, which is now a venue for weddings and other private events. A farmer’s market is held there during the summer months, where you can buy fresh steaks, ribeyes, sirloin, 8 oz burger patties, 4 oz burger patties, various veggies (corn, squash, zucchini), fresh baked pies, cookies, jarred goods, and eggs. Come check out their brand new food truck!

  • South County Museum

Learn about Rhode Island’s coastal legacy and appreciate the rich historical heritage of rural and coastal life. Located on a seven-acre campus in the heart of Narragansett, it was originally the 19th-century estate of William Sprague.

Museum of Art, Rhode Island School of Design is an art museum in Providence affiliated with the Rhode Island School of Design. Educates and inspires artists, designers, students, scholars, and the general public through exhibitions, programs, and publications.

  • Providence Children’s Museum   

A hands on and fun way to spend time with your kids this vacation in the city of Providence. Tons of activities that make learning exciting for kids ranging from ages 1 to 11. Its focus is presenting play-based exhibits and programs that explore arts, culture and science, technology, engineering and math.

You can’t visit Rhode Island without experiencing Block Island! Just 40 minutes on the high speed ferry, it’s perfect for planning a day trip in the summer.   • Charlestown Seafood Festival

An extravaganza of Rhode Island’s best seafood including lobsters, steamers, clam chowder, fish & chips, lobster rolls, clam cakes, and raw bar. For the non-seafood eaters in your family, there are other options to choose from. Make a trip to Charlestown for a variety of arts and crafts on display, amusement rides, rock wall climbing, and bungee jumping. Watch the car show and enter in the lobster raffle!   • Newport Mansions

This description won’t do any justice for the Newport Mansions, you simply have to see them for yourself. Visitors travel from around the globe to specifically experience the rich history of these mansion’s architecture and interior furnishings. The extravagant mansions nestled on the coast of Newport include: The Elms, Isaac Bell House, Chepstow, Rosecliff, Marble House, Kingscote, Hunter House, Green Animals Topiary Garden, Chateau-sur-Mer, and The Breakers.

  • Newport Cliff Walk

Go sightseeing and walk along what is considered a National Recreation Trail located on Newport’s coastal line. The walk has gorgeous views of the ocean, accompanied with architectural history of Newport’s gilded age, wildflowers, birds, and geology.

  • Roger Williams Park Zoo & Carousel Village

Travel to another continent right inside the city of Providence. With more than 100 species, Roger Williams Park Zoo is a must see for everyone in the family. The whimsical Carousel Village is ¼ mile away, and features an outdoor playground, bounce house, pony rides, and train rides perfect for kids.

  • Water Fire Providence

WaterFire Providence is an independent, non-profit arts organization whose mission is to inspire Providence and its visitors by presenting WaterFire for all to enjoy. An award-winning sculpture by Barnaby Evans is installed on the three rivers of downtown Providence, and over eighty sparkling bonfires are lit.

  • Biomes Marine Biology Center

Tucked away in North Kingstown, is the only private marine education facility and largest aquarium in the state. It’s been providing interactive marine biology programs for schools and families since 1989!

  • Mystic Aquarium & Institution for Exploration   

The Mystic Aquarium is known for their renowned sea research and has special events and promotions going on throughout the year. It’s a great spot to take the kids for the day, showcasing many different exhibits that include the Titanic, a 4-D theater, and an arctic watch. Some of the exciting sea creatures that call this aquarium home are beluga whales, African penguins, jellyfish, sea lions, movie theater fish, and more! (Located in Mystic, CT)
