Two flat screen TVs, and spiral staircase leading up to an adorable living area. This house does NOT have air conditioning.

We recommend coolers for cold drinks for less in and out of the refrigerator(s) on hot days to help maintain the temperature inside the refrigerator. It is the tenant's responsibility to fill the gas grill tank when empty. You may fill tanks at Jerry's Hardware 401-783-4666 located on Point Judith Road across from the Stop and Shop plaza. We loved everything about this home. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, it was clean. We are looking forward to renting the same week next year at this property. We have not rented from Durkin in over 20 years because we rented from a friend. However, when our friend could no longer rent to us we returned to using Durkin because of our past experiences over 20 years ago renting from them. They are professionals.
