Connected to the master is an adjoining room with a queen sized bed. The upper floor also has two other bedrooms, one which has a queen sized bed, and the other which has a queen sized bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Many extras including central air conditioning, a 50" Plasma TV with digital DVD, high definition, and surround sound, central vacuum, two living areas, and an additional refrigerator/freezer in the laundry room. Outside there is a full sized cabana with stall shower, gas grill that is connected to the gas line, two covered porches, and a deck. Outdoor furniture includes picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and reclining lawn chairs to lay out facing the beach. This home does allow hypoallergenic dogs under 15 pounds with a $100 fee per pet. Also available Labor Day Weekend Sat 8/31-Monday 9/2 for $3200. Rhode Island’s shoreline access bill was signed in June 2023 and clarifies that the public’s right to laterally access the shore up to 10 feet landward of the visible high tide line ( the line that is recognized by seaweed, shells or other debris left by the tide)
