House was clean and comfortable, had all the basics we needed. Laundry facilities would have been the only additional thing I would have appreciated. We used the deck and charcoal grill. The weather was great so no air conditioning was not an issue. Five of us could shower consecutively and we never ran out of hot water. Loved the location! Scarborough Beach was beautiful and just a short walk away. We could bike to Point Judith lighthouse as well as to Narragansett Beach and seawall. We took day trips to Block Island and Martha’s Vineyard. All in all the house was the perfect home base for a great vacation!
