The property features central A/C, two large living areas, a 52" flat screen TV, and built in bunk beds on the second floor at the end of the hallway (not considered a bedroom). The kitchen is roomy, equipped with a large butcher block table perfect for family dinners. It has two decks with picnic tables located in the back, as well as a covered front porch and back porch, to ensure shade on those hot summer days. There is a gas grill and charcoal grill.

Durkin Complex

Tenants have access to our 24'x 44' in-ground heated salt water swimming pool, 10'x 10' kiddie pool, covered pavilion with ping pong table, bath facilities, picnic tables, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. There is also access to public tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, ball field, and playground. Walking distance to stores.
