This cozy efficiency is located just outside of the Durkin Complex and is just 6/10ths of a mile to Scarborough State Beach. This property is perfect for a person or couple looking to getaway. The home is bright, with multiple skylights, as well as featuring a new deck and window A/C unit.
Tenants have access to our 24'x 44' in-ground heated salt water swimming pool, 10'x 10' kiddie pool, covered pavilion with ping pong table, bath facilities, picnic tables, shuffleboard and horseshoes. There is also access to public tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, ball field and playground. Walking distance to stores.

I was looking for a quiet little retreat to “getaway” for a week; this was just perfect; close to the pool, Dunkin within walking distance plus a pizza, sandwich shop and also could walk to Scarborough beach….it was also close to the shops in town and very…very quiet. It had all the amenities needed (and more)…the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in (and I have rented much more expensive properties)…just a very….very relaxing week which was very much needed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some solitude and comfort. Thank you Durkin properties…I will see you next year..!
