The property is perfect for a couple of adults with young children, but not the most comfortable for multiple adults. There is parking for one car, a private entrance, covered porch, built in bunk beds and central air conditioning.

Durkin Complex

Tenants have access to our 24'x 44' in-ground heated salt water swimming pool, 10'x 10' kiddie pool, covered pavilion with ping pong table, bath facilities, picnic tables, shuffleboard and horseshoes. There is also access to public tennis and pickleball courts , a basketball court, ballfield and playground. Walking distance to stores.
